This 1967 Alfa Romeo Montreal Expo briefly showed up at Katie’s Cars and Coffee last month. I was absolutely smitten.

Montreals were built from 1970 on, so it cannot be a ‘67. That year was when the prototypes (which were somewhat different from the production version) were exhibited at the Montreal World Expo.
I have a rather unhealthy obsession with the Montreal so your posting is very much appreciated. Good for ya.
(It would be very unwise to alert others about its beauty and character though. Let’s try to keep its prices still at a reasonable level, shall we...?)

That is indeed a thing worth seeing.

As mentioned, the Montreal was produced from 1970-1977. Two unnamed design prototypes were shown at the Montreal World Expo in 1967, Canada’s centennial. The prototypes were powered by the same 1.6L twin-cam as the Giulia, quite different from the production 2.6L V8 derived from the engine of the Alfa Tipo 33 and 33 Stradale.
It is one of my dream cars, but the upswing in prices over the past couple of years keeps putting it further beyond reach.

I suppose you know this website?
Who would have thought CERN researchers had such exquisite taste in cars, right...?

Indeed - both alfamontreal.info, and alfamontreal.com (which I linked to) direct to the same website.
